COGApa uses state of the art digital electronic technology. It faithfully reproduces nostalgic horn sounds, including the "Aoogha" horn of the 1920's and 1930's, and plays music as well as fun sound effects and voices. But it does not stop there. With Coga, you can even record and playback your own sounds or songs. Plus it operates as a powerful Public Address system, a feature normally found only in expensive CB radios.

COGApa is a novelty device and is not intended, nor should it be used, as a replacement for your standard automobile horn or as a signaling device.
